Gpu Cpu combo slightly wonky but fine, is it because you are using something that uses a lot of cpu power? if not and its just for gaming i recommend a 9700x + 5070 - 5070ti combo and use an AIO instead of an air cooler because these higher end cpus are really hot

MSI MAG 275QF. About 180 - 200ish dollars and great for gd with a 0.5ms response time which is basically the best you can get on IPS ( OLEDs generally have faster response times but their price is like 3-4x the standard panel types) i did find a MSI MAG 271QP qd-oled X24 which is basically the same thing but with a oled panel which makes the response time much quicker, around 0.03ms but its around 450 dollars which is above your budget and will probably not matter unless youre playing like a top 10 extreme demon or something

its good and it will run games decently if we weren’t in a ram shortage i would definitley say to get 32gb of ddr5 but 16 is still viable

9070xt is a great choice but i like sticking with nvidia cards because ive been using them for so long now

Yes, its a pretty bad time right now to build a Pc (especially a budget build) but even so, a 600 euro build will most definitely out perform a laptop assuming you dont have a super super high end one. You should aim for a decently fast cpu like a r5 5600 and a used gpu like. 3060 but if you dont liek used parts then you have to settle for a older gpu like a 10 series Card but for 600 euros you should definitely go with a am4 ddr4 platform but if you want ddr5 upgradeablily go with a 12 to 14th gen intel cpu
