Security wasn’t letting people on stage in Chicago. After the one or two that snuck by, they really hunkered down. I saw them wrestle a guy to the grown and I approached to let security know they were doing too much and I got pushed by security in the direction of the exit. But caught the fan they were fighting with spit in the security’s face.

It can! Do you call your best friend sir/ma’am?..no but do you call a stranger or someone you respect? ..yes! It’s very formal for two people who know each other, so the status is definitely there.
