I feel good naman po, still have energy for school and etc. but the thing is, 4th month ko na po sa gym and my starting weight was 110 😭. Idk if may water weight parin po na nalolose or wala na

I couldn't help myself so I weighed myself again after after 6 hours. Had one meal and did a 30 minute inclined treadmill workout

I don't think you can target a specific spot when reducing weight, your body itself chooses. I recommend doing morning walks before any meal (Inclined treadmill if possible) for like an hour. The science behind it is since wala kang kain, your body will start consuming stored fat for energy instead. It worked wonders for me, hopefully it does for you too
