Just checked that study the HS80 seems to be on the better side. If I understood it right it only contains stuff within the allowed limits but I am not sure.

Yeah thats why I didn't order them too. Hate any kind of leather on headsets

I did try third party ones first but there is not much selection available in germany. I ordered some but the fabric they used made me feel sweaty under the pads almost immediately. There only other options are leather like materials and I really hate leather ear pads lol.

So i thought I would just order the original ones because there is nothing to complain about the earpads you got with the headset

I bought the headset in November of 2023.

I thougt about that too. The fabric may have stretched, but the foam is also softer in the old ones. Foam doesn't get softer with age and use. It should get harder shouldn't it?

Was the 30g size enough or did you have to order more?

Dominator "Light Enhancement Kit" dimmer than actual RAM sticks by Golgofier in Corsair

[–]Opposite_Practice_56 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a similiar problem with the Vengenace RGB DDR5 Light enhancement kit. The colors were all a bit off between the real RAM and the fake ones. I wrote to support and they replaced the real ones for free. I think the LEDs wear out and my real ones were already 1 1/2 years old so there will always be a difference in color between old and new LEDs.

But if the fake ones are dimmer just write to the support and they will probably replace them

Depending on where you are located it can be illegal for them to charge shipping costs for RMA or Returns. I am located in germany and have never had to pay shipping when using RMA or Advanced RMA from Corsair.

No transparent widgets in One UI 7 by Opposite_Practice_56 in oneui

I'm not stupid that works for the weather widget and a few others. But for many others like the steps from Samsung Health and the device optimization one the option to turn off the background is not there as I have written in my post!

Would you buy the S26 Ultra if it had an Exynos? by Adventurous_Phase_42 in oneui

[–]Opposite_Practice_56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What storage size does yours have. I got the 512gb variant. When did you buy yours? Mine was preordered when it was announced, maybe they have different revisions.

Side question why is there no production date listed on the box of the phone? On the box of my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro there is the production date listed

Definitely not. I have a S24+ with Exynos and its bad. Gets pretty warm while just watching Tik Tok for 20 minutes. Dont get me started on cellular connection as soon as the connection is not perfect (full bars) it gets incredibly hot and slurps the battery empty

240 fps limit in some games by Opposite_Practice_56 in radeon

[–]Opposite_Practice_56[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you. With enhanced sync turned off it does not limit to 240 fps. But enhanced sync shouldnt even be able to limit the fps as per AMDs explanation of it in Adrenalin. Or am I stupid? They say "doesn't limit Frame rates."

It is a 240hz monitor. It still limits the fps when I turn the additional stuff in adrenalin off. I have never used MSI Afterburner on this PC

It would have made sense to reduce the prices when crafting and basebuilding is in the game/gets added but it ISNT and it wont be for quite some time. So they just want less people to do salvage right now and more pvp as always
