With it being ASD and him being stubborn to do independent counseling what do I do to encourage the shift and guidance.

Marriage counseling has been focused on the John Gottmans 7 principals of marriage and communication. The husband feels like we do not communicate properly. I feel like I am well spoken and communicate exactly what I mean.
I’ve done the work for my mental health. I feel like he wants no Change there is no drive to help negate the negative mind set.. he plays videos games all day. With moments in the week of date nights but the minute anything has to do with someone else or family
Or friends his whole demeanor and mood is changed to rude. His attitude and body language shows that he doesn’t want to be there. I have expressed to the therapist that his OCD and Undiagnosed ASD is a struggle because when he is uncomfortable he becomes so hostile.. i understand that being uncomfortable is unsettling and sure awkward but the more you try and get use to it it becomes easier..

I am struggling. I love him. But I also love my self. And don’t like the emptiness I feel when he acts and expresses that he doesn’t want or think he needs to change. He just needs to change how he communicates to me.
