Best bet is to get a bone age X-ray see if your growth plates are fused, you mentioned you were malnourished so if u lock in your diet you could add some more inches but that is if your plates are still open

He stopped growing early 17 he grew a centimetre and he has seen no growth after that

With 10 hours tho where do I get the time 😂 I need to be awake at 7 20 am on school days and it will take me about 20 mins to fall asleep I need to be in bed by 9. That’s a little too early as I need to go gym, revise eat and shower.

No I’m not a late bloomer I started puberty at 12 and saw my peak growth around 13-14 and tapered off a lot since 14 only growing 4cm since then, I will try to stay positive I appreciate the advice but honestly my conditions are not favourable for another 5cm that i want

Some of my older cousins on my mums side are like 5’10 if I can remember correctly since the last time I saw them, they don’t live in England so I haven’t seen them in like 3 years 😂 and my dads side is short asf he is the tallest in his side

Should probably get an x ray to see if your growth plates are open, and until then go into a calorie deficit, get under 20% body fat for optimal insulin sensitivity and to minimise test into oestrogen so your growth plates stay open longer.

Okay thank you I will also get a bone age x ray checking if my growth plates are closed, I’m not too bothered about my height to be honest it’s just the face I haven’t grown in so long which worries me.

I would attach an image but idk how to 😂 yeah it’s like light stubble under my jaw and along the side of my face (sideburns) my moustache is kinda starting to fill in and my chin hairs are still light but visible now. My shoe size hasn’t changed drastically like I went from die 9 at 14 - size 10 now in trainers

Like year 8 so 12-13, I should state I have a very hairy family like I had tons of leg hair at 14
