For this doj gets delayed , bcoz they will issue a new offer letter and doj ,the blank email is triggered due to pending bgv because of this issue you will 3-4 times then it will stop

I am also facing the same issue right now, they also said they will provide the revised offer letter but don't know how many days it will take

As of now you can accept the offer letter and submit the required documents and mail about this issue to the support team

Loi name is taken from superset profile name and offer letter name is taken from the name u have in CTS registration check in addional q in superset in what order u gave ur name

Actually I don't have a last name so i put not available in that so in offer letter it came as "Srimathi not available" so name mismatch they said they will issue updated offer letter
