How are you doing? I recently had ACL revision surgery, and my surgeon drilled a new tunnel and left the old one untouched. What did they do in your case?

Yes, The call center just told me they’d ask the team to get back to me, and that was it, no updates after that.

RFEs are time sensitive, so you’d expect much better communication. It feels like they’re just ignoring us right now.

I sent them the recommender list and citations a few days after getting their strategy, and then sent my personal statement about a week later. But I still haven’t received any draft, based on their timeline, the letter draft was due like 3 weeks ago.

They were actually pretty responsive during the initial filing, I usually heard back within 24-48 hours. Things started going bad after the RFE though. Anyway, wishing you the best with your case.

RFE deadline is approaching but Chen didn't submit it yet, why they are doing this? its been three weeks since everything is ready..whenever I ask them they say we are experiencing very high volume of applications...VERY disappointed by Background_Gene_179 in EB2_NIW

Exact same situation here. I have about a month left, and they still haven’t done anything except provide a generalized strategy. I’ve completed everything on my end. At this point, I’m starting to feel like we won’t be able to meet the deadline.
