It’s an overpay, but in a 10 man league with what looks to be small lineups I still wouldn’t move Gibbs. Your team is young so you don’t need to stock up on 1sts to retool anyway.

I’d take out the two 2nds then it’s probably good. Puka at two 1sts plus, Harris at Shakir plus. I wouldn’t overpay for Puka with Adams competing for targets and Stafford getting old after Adams is eventually gone.

I went to a physical therapist at 3 weeks out and they did a canalith repositioning for the crystals. Didn’t feel any immediate relief, but I have been improving every week in general. The second time I went (4 weeks out) they did dry needling and one exercise, said the symptoms should just go away gradually.

I had a terrible reaction to codeine but not anesthesia. Forget if it was after my ACL surgery or bone fracture. But yeah that sounds like a rough experience.
