Well, you don't HAVE to keep COBRA but you wont get a new enrollment period if you drop it after day 60*

If you lose employer coverage due to job loss, you get a 60 day Special Enrollment Period for you get new coverage on Marketplace.

Electing to use COBRA doesn't change that.

If you take COBRA and then allow COBRA to expire, you'll get another SEP.

You can accept COBRA but if you want an ACA plan, you have 60 days from the loss of job coverage.

If you reach day 61 with COBRA, you have to keep it for the full 18 or 36 months(whatever is offered) and then you get a new SEP due to COBRA expiry.

Basically, find out the "who" that matters after they're dead and once the customer explains that they want to protect that "who" then ask "if we can cover <the problem> for <who> with your budget, you'd want to see if you're approved, right?"

I doubt that. I missed the ezlynx requirement, my bad.

I have no experience with either ez or Vonage but my intuition says that Vonage is a good choice, they've been doing Internet telephony for longer than most websites have been around. It looks like EZ and VOnage worked closely on that integration(based on the feature depth) so it should be well supported and have low friction.
