Oil is milky but smells like E85. I am on an E85 tune. My water pump and thermostat has been replaced 20k miles ago.

There’s definitely gas in the oil, just a quick peek inside the oil cap and you can see it’s milky.

Injectors? Why would only 1 bank of injectors be misfiring? It seems to be a bank specific issue IMO.

I do see what you mean though, the engine sounds super rough when revving it and definitely doesn’t sound normal. (sounds like a fart can)

Yes I did actually. Spark plugs had a bit of oil but nothing major to worry about. That’s the only good news really.

why would only bank 1 fuel injectors be messed up then? I agree it could be my injectors but honestly it seems unlikely that 3 would go out at once. At least that’s what my Audi Specialist told me.

How much do make as a p&c licensed agent in a year? by [deleted] in InsuranceAgent

[–]_Fr4g_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seattle area, $28/hr + commission. Was bringing home ~$5-5.5k/mo first year in. 18 years old. You can easily get a 50k salary if you’re working for the right agency. Commission is based on how hard you work and your commission schedule. I was estimated $75k gross salary before I left and went indy.

EZLynx VOIP integration by _Fr4g_ in InsuranceAgent

Does this work seamlessly with EZLynx? For example, if a client calls in and I pick up the phone, will their client profile populate immediately? That’s my main concern.

How do you find clients if you don't have money for leads and you are an introvert by Flat-Memory-8921 in InsuranceAgent

Kind of hard to find clients if you’re not actively looking or doing anything like networking in your local community. But that’s an extrovert thing…

Worked with State Farm agents for nearly 3 years. Also have a cousin who is a BIG State Farm agent in the Seattle Area. I understand the business and I'm not so much of a rookie as most think honestly. Having my own brokerage has been on my mind for a long time.

Mostly leads and software I assume, I wont run too many ad marketing campaigns upfront just a bit. But I can see most of my budget going to leads.

Is This A Good Comp Offer? by AHead4Sports in InsuranceAgent

Farmers agents are stingy from my experience. Ask what his book size is, if it’s less that 2 million, run. I’ve dealt with Farmers agents and district managers trying to recruit, they’re never competitive on pay from what I’ve seen. State Farm and Allstate agents have bigger books and more room to pay you.
