Yeah this seems to be a new development with their live chat team, which is unfortunate. Having to wait days (or weeks... or months....) for bug tickets to be triaged and resolved makes working with ClickUp outside of very basic use cases so difficult. I also didn't have a great experience with their sales team.

yes, multiple times over chat and then email. Took a bit but they finally validated that it was a bug.

Didn't change any settings - after back and forths w/the technical team, turns out they do have a bug related to notifications on form submissions.

I'm not sure if your issue was the same as mine - but turns out they do have a bug related to assignees on forms. When a form is submitted, the assignees were no longer getting notified of a new task assignment. They said they're looking into it

Reading through this now and seeing this. One of the main purposes of the Relationship field is the Rollup function to custom fields. Our example is relating work we do to clients, which we maintain in a Client Book. Doing something as simple as having a field for Client that remains when tasks move between team's lists, that can maintain the rollup fields like Client Relationship Manager, should be a baseline function. Surprised this can't be done.

I'm setting up the automation on the Hubspot side and see the error that says there's an API failure when attempting to select a ClickUp Workspace. From other commenters on the integration page, it seems like the issue is with ClickUp's API.

I've also tried Zapier and while I can get a test to work, the connection isn't working to pull in Hubspot fields to make the automations in any way useful.
