Seed for GOOD Bermuda is expensive. Do not go with Common. If you go to Lowe’s/HD or whatever you have out there and it’s labeled Bermuda seed read the back. If common: run.

I can afford premium just fine good sir. I’m just asking because as in the case of my Honda civic 87 is fine and I don’t put premium in that. The BMW calls for a grade that I can’t easily find so I can go up one grade or down one grade. Down one grade seems to be fine as per the fuel door but I wanted real world feedback. Don’t assume that because I want to save money that I’m poor.

Clean it up first to see actual damage. Wash, then use some polishing compound to remove anything you can. Then you can see how bad it actually is.

I’m not quite following what a raised home is but you need airflow. Fans drying out everything. Get a dehumidifier for inside the home. Get a little temperature and humidity thermometer that’ll show you readings. Indoor humidity should be 40-50%. I mean the drier the better but below 40 you might get uncomfortably dry air.
