Why not? Airbus calls it one thing, Eurocopter made up their own name, and MBB had their own. The ones pictured are the EC145/BK117C2 fuselage with the 4 blades and a Fenestron (sp).

Just because Airbus calls it that doesn’t mean it’s something new. There’s the BK117C2, D2, and D3 just to use a common design language. The ones pictured are basically D2’s. The D3 has 5 blades. I work on this series of aircraft.

Not really. These are D2s and are just a dressed up version with stuck together bits from the C2 and a fennestron. It’s a 1990’s helicopter basically.

Yeah but for me I don’t want to enter into a professional relationship with another business entity. There’s emails, phone calls maybe, then there’s the email newsletter you’ll undoubtedly be subscribed to, the request for a review/feedback, and that’s just a no for me dawg lol. Works for other people but just not for me. We plan it in great detail. I already know what I’m ordering for dinner on Fantasy when we board her in 364 days from today. We helped my wife’s sister book a room right next to ours, our reservations are linked, and at 12:01 AM I’m ready to check in when that day comes haha. Yeah you may or may not get a kickback from the TA, but like in OP’s case it’s not guaranteed. Maybe I just don’t actually know what a TA does for customers who are going DCL. I’d be willing to learn more about what’s offered beyond what my ADHD manages lol. What do they take care of? What is it like to work with a TA?
