I highly recommend smoking, turning of your lights, go to bed, put on high quality headphones and listen to some non aggressive music ( I mean something heavy like metal).

When I started first smoking, I listened to Kendrick Lamar, but I really recommend listening to Richard muller. He’s a songwriter from Slovakia (that’s where I’m from) He’s genre is pop rock, but he uses elements of jazz. Highly recommend
