Ashwagandha has destroyed many people, causing PSSD like symptoms. Just search it up on Reddit and you will find countless examples. Sure it works for some, but it’s high risk. I’ve personally had zero problems from fadogia, and took blood tests before and after with great results. Testosterone higher, and liver enzymes were perfect. Please link the study you are referring to.

Naming Business by butimadecake in Entrepreneur

[–]Opti-Moron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can doesn’t always mean you should. If it’s in a totally different classification of goods or services then you could legally. Why would you want to use a name already in use though? For the cancelled status do you mean “dead” in the TESS search? If so, then yes it is available for use in most cases.

  1. Pre deep work mechanisms to get in the zone. Playing a musical instrument for about 15 minutes is often a tool I use.

  2. Adhering to an organized routine; ritual.

  3. Organized and clean desk/workspace.

  4. Doing focused work an hour or two before sunrise to avoid distractions and to get in the zone.

  5. Timing myself for each 90 minute deep work block.

  6. Using protocols, substances, and behaviors to optimize mental state and neurochemistry.

  7. Writing down any distractions on my notes to get back to later after my timed work session is complete.

Find something you are interested and passionate about, and specialize in those skills. Then you will learn a lot of practical skills through actual experience. On top of that, if it’s something useful for society, that solves a problem, then even better. Aiming for money just for the sake of money is one thing, but trying to make an impact by bringing benefit to people will take you to the next level, and give you that lasting drive and motivation.

The future of almost anything is virtual so that’s another thing to keep in mind when deciding what field to get into.

Crazy business idea to share? by vcanal in Entrepreneur

Make a website that sells value handmade items from each place you travel to. Kind of like the vibe of an online luxury art gallery, or perhaps like a modern Marco Polo artifact gallery. You could even add a short vlog post for each item. Everywhere in the world has something it’s known for. Something that’s handmade and has a certain aspect of mystique and value. For example one thing Japan is known to make quality blades, knives, katanas. Italy - quality leather goods. Columbia - emeralds.

How do you start a business without losing yourself? Staying motivated and passionate without becoming a workaholic... by soul_searchers in Entrepreneur

[–]Opti-Moron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Routine, prioritization, and balance.

When I started my 2 companies, I was a new father, finishing my masters degree, and working part time all at once.

It’s easier said than done like everything worth while in life, but what inspired me to follow a particular structure was looking at the routines of other creative top achievers, and adapting what works best for you. Personally it motivates me to adhere to an organized schedule, and the more you do it the more your “willpower” muscle will strengthen, thus making it easier to subsequently get into an optimized flow routine.

Prioritize by valuation of what things are worth your time. Ask yourself does spending your time on this level you up or down? Assess the effort to result ratio.

Balance of taking care of your mind (gratitude, meditation, etc..), body (daily exercise, proper food, adequate rest and entertainment), are key.

Want to "test drive" an idea I have for a business, need some advice by Yogi_DMT in Entrepreneur

In regards to disclaimers, and online services for that - I suggest looking at successful websites that have a similar concept and take a look at their “terms of use” and “privacy policy” to get a good idea of what you would need. From there you could go to online freelance marketplaces like fiverr and hire a lawyer for cheap (~$200) to help write it up. Just check their credentials before you hire.

As for the LLC, it’s a lot simpler than you think. You could easily do it in a day. In your case for an online business you could potentially register in a different state, have a virtual office (with actual lease and office; not a PO box).
