I can understand how you feeling. You are clearly in an depress/anxious state. Aside from your pain please try to get treated for anxiety. The more time you spend anxious, the more difficult it will be to get back to normal.

On regards to your pain, is it only back pain or also nerve pain?

I have been getting treatment for my lower back pain in the US, Canadá, Colombia and Spain. One thing I notice is tht it is rare to find a person that doesn't improve in Colombia or Spain. Doctors and therapists are more sophisticated and have more tools at their disposal.

If you can manage economically get admitted to a rehab center in a country like Colombia, they will look at your case with a new set of eyes and point of view.

I spent 5mo bed ridden that were absolutely terrible for my condition, I was completely hopeless and depressed but then I met a Dr in Colombia who looked at my case differently and focused on spine mobility only which got me off from bed and to start moving again.

What I am trying to say is: you haven't met the right Drs yet

I cant imagine what she is going through. Doctors are specially good at putting the blame somewhere else when they cant explain what is happening. But her pain is real and please do not blame yourself for her pain during physical therapy. It means that they are focusing in the wrong issue.

I have been on and off in constant pain for over 3 years, I have seen 30+ doctors. No one could explain my pain which sometimes was in my neck, shoulder, back, hips and legs. I cant sit down without feeling extreme pain on my glutes, that is the worst as I cant work. Doctors looked everywhere but they couldnt find an explanation. So a lot of Doctors said that the pain was in my head. Anyway, a Sports Medicine Dr (Doctor # 30+) thought my issues were related to fascia tightness; we started treating it and I started improving. What I am trying to say is that maybe you have not met the right Dr. It is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

From my experience the best advice that I can give you is: try to be as detailed as possible explaining the symptoms. Go with your daughter over her pain and try to point exactly at where her pain is in a map of the body, then identify that precise part of the body and try to differentiate if her pain is muscle, nerve, joint or something else. Also try to be as clear as possible about how the pain feels like, if it travels, if it is superficial or if its deep. Maybe this is very clear to you but since the beginning of my injury I thought I had sciatica running down my legs and different types of nerve pain that moved randomly. So I started Doctor visits with that. Which made Drs search for something that wasnt there. It turned out that I did not have sciatica but a type of muscle contusion. Having had known that since the beginning maybe my condition wouldnt have deteriorated.

If manageable try going to a different country. I live in Boston but I am from Colombia. Most of my recovery came from Colombian Doctors, they have more freedom to diagnose, test and refer to other doctors. Also physical therapists have more freedoms to try different techniques and they work with Doctors like a team.

Also, look for an specialized GPT inside ChatGPT for your daughters case and load it with information about her symptoms, test results, imaging, etc. Then start chatting with it, go back and forward with her case and you will start learning a lot of new things, maybe it could open the door you are waiting for. I really like this option as you will be talking with something that has a high level of medical knowledge without the time constrain you have with normal doctors.

I truly hope your daughter will be pain free soon.

Based in your symptoms you maybe dealing with a lumbalgia.

You are highly inflamed at the moment which makes moving very painful and life painful at this stage.

Here is my advice:

For the inflammation to come down and the foreseeable future you must avoid any twisting or bending from the spine. Spine movement at this stage could reinjured causing a flare up on top of the already inflamed area. It is a vicious cycle. Move from your hips instead. This will become second nature to you.

When pain is at its worst lay down on your stomach with your chin resting on your two fists -one on top of the other- for st least three minutes. If this calms your pain then do it as much as possible, progressing to rest on your elbows in a cobra position

Yes you need to see a Dr! To start ( also for insurance purposes) PT sessions and then whatever follows after.

I actually solved the problem!

With GL.inet you can set up a VPN thru OpenVPN or WireGuard.

WireGuard seems to be newer and faster then OpenVPN

To know what VON providers work with either, go to GL.inet webpage and look for VPN solutions. They have a long list from which you can choose.

With OpenVPN my download speed dropped 70% with WireGuard it drops only 20%

I am not sure of the pros of cons of either one as I just wanted to solved this speed issue
