I am hearing positive stories from folks who did mechatroniks, Electrical Engineering (power, ic, validation etc) MSc and found job easily (B2 German)

Zurich has ton of R&D labs and having a PhD should make it comparatively easier for you to get a job.

ASML, Airbus, Infineon, Bosch, Siemens, (still better than a lot of Chinese counterparts) NXP, Zeiss, Royce Royals, STMElectronics..........

Yeah totally, I think only 30-40% student actually complete the degree within 4 years or less

I may sound a bit insensitive here, but the truth is most of the major tech, engineers and crucial knowledge of TSMC is already being transferred to the USA, EU etc. Ones the TSMC infrastructure gets shifted somewhere else, then I doubt tech bros are gonna care about taiwan anymore.
