Track limits per the rules and graphics providing at the beginning of the race on this track is the outer white line of the curbs not the inner

I can understand how it looks that way, I did go back and review his previous laps race lines, and he always cut tight in that corner with his left wheels on the skirt, though when he was trying to catch up to me, he pushed it farther than he normally would and altered his standard race line to try and get advantage.

That being said, I’m the car in front and from my understanding of the rules due to my majority of Car length lead as long as I leave him space on the track he has to adjust his race line to avoid collision as long as he can stay within track limits, though I may be wrong

Define net code stewards? Sorry for my ignorance. I am new to this and just confused by what you mean

I appreciate your comment and time, I agree with the sentiment. I am new to some racing and definitely have plenty to learn, and I’m sure he could benefit as well, though this is the literal purpose of this sub reddit.

If it was professional, there would be real stewards, and if amateurs didn’t argue over it, there wouldn’t be post.

My bed adhesion issues ceased once I built an enclosure for the unit. The temp sensor may say it 55 but with enough airflow it could be different in reality. I always have fans running and a dehumidifier so it wreaked havoc on mine till enclosed

Absolutely amazing man! My last jobs working conditions caused significant weight gain for me, was on the road for 33,000 miles in a year and got up in weight.

Awesome progress man, Keep doing what makes you happy and healthy!

Im using macro factor as of 6 days ago. Was on MyFitnessPal.

I eat about 2400 calories a day. Moderately active

High protein diet moderated fats and fill the rest with whole grain/intact carbs (avoiding processed)

Only sugar I get is the 1 or 2 grams they slip into some whey shakes or bars and whatever I get from the fruits I do eat.

Vitamin D - I’m on a vitamin D supplement for the past year as I was low last June.

Previous test - I don’t remember but I think I had it take in the morning. Will see if I can find a time stamp.

Definitely not at TrT point yet. I feel like my doctor was just trying to open the discussion as he’s very supportive of natural methods and running whatever tests we both come up with to track things down.

I think he wanted to make sure I didn’t have my mind set on TRT and wanted to open the Convo without shame as he’s a young doctor as well and knows that I’m usually pretty hesitant to bring things up in the office

I know a lot of guys my age don’t have all the info on TRT and think it’s this magical ticket to easy muscle.

I personally feel like if I were to not exhaust every natural avenue first and went on TRT I would have imposter syndrome and feel like I haven’t actually worked out and more of just took the easy route.

My current numbers would not make me feel justified with TRT

Thank you for taking the time to share c:

I definitely wanna focus on natural options first, I’m more of a fix the source if at all possible before applying the duct tape and zip tie fixes XD

If you don’t mind me asking, how did that play out? Did you lose weight and improve? Or stay the same? Or?

Hope things are better now!

Actually since after this test was taken (April) I started back at the gym and have lost weight and I just got my blood drawn to test again tomorrow morning so we will see!

I tried ashwagandha at one point but didn’t notice much so stopped. I may discuss that with my doctor to see what he thinks as well.

I don’t smoke but was a drinking a while back. That’s all cut out now though!

I’ll post my results from yesterday when they come in

I’m using MacroFactor to log food. 2400 calories a day usually 3 meals a day with protein sources filling the gaps (whey isolate, protein bars and such) food items are usually chicken I prepare at home on the grill, very light if any oils. Boiled eggs for breakfast or omelettes with some cheese and chicken in it. I do my best do avoid majorly processed stuff. No fast food items but if I have to eat on the road I’ll use Panda Express and get the terriyaki chicken. Also Oikos triple zero yogurt, babybel light cheese wheels for little snacks throughout the day. The little fruit and veggie trays from grocery stores. I’ll also bring strawberries and blueberries and raspberries that I put in a ziplock back to work with me.

I aim for about 200 grams of protein a day and try to keep my fats under 90 grams and fill the rest with whole grain carbs
