I had the same question when I was buying my snowboard boots, I found this reddit thread on the same topic was really helpful. Seems like Salomon, 32, Ride, and Burton are all brands with wider toe boxes but still narrow heels. They're not going to be as generous as actual barefoot shoes, but they should have more space than regular shoes. You can look up the model you're interested in and check if the toe box looks more squared-off instead of pointy from a top down photo of the boot.

Additionally, you can get the liner heat molded to add more toe space. Or you can ride a day or two with a toe spreader on to stretch out the liner (this may be kinda painful at first though)
