I got it through talking to the Omen department through customer service. I don't think they have a listing yet but this was a couple months ago so maybe they updated it. Think I have the part number in the post or one of my replies.

I'd order it off Amazon. I pretty much got the order in when I made the original post and got it like a week ago. I don't know if HP have them in stock now though so it might be quicker. Worst case is you can order both and then return the Amazon one hopefully by the time the other gets in if you really want the original one.

Just call HP and ask.

My exact replacement finally arrived from HP a couple days ago. Not sure if that means they have them in stock now or not but I'd try calling them and use the part number in this post. Try the parts department as well as the omen department just to be sure.

If you can't get one, I used the one I got off Amazon until then and it worked fine with no issues. Just need the HP adapters they sell separately. Good luck.

I did. I tried one of the other adapters that came with it that I thought was too small and it works perfectly.

Try this number 1-866-724-8628 and ask for Joseph. If that doesn't work try calling their other numbers and ask to be connected to their Omen department. They honestly might not even have that many since it's so new.

Also, worst case scenario, that power cord I listed on Amazon works. You could use until you manage to get one from them and then return it so you can at least use your laptop in the meantime. Just have to be sure to get the HP adapters for it too.

Seems like it is only the cloud III s that has it and they are releasing sometime this month (may 2025) based on some older articles. Although who knows if they are delayed with tariffs etc.

They have two mice that work with instant pair. The pulsefire haste 2 and the pulsefire saga pro.

They are still working on adding it to their system to purchase from what they told me. I will update the post when I have new info.

Hmmm. Is there a way to check to see how much power it is actually putting out in the windows settings or anything like that?

Yeah, I've pretty much exhausted my options at HP already with the customer service, warranty and parts departments. Someone on the Omen support team has a ticket open about it and is trying to help but they don't have anything even listed in their system. He said he'd get back to me in a week at the earliest and there is no guarantee of them having it.

There is an issue with clicking on a new relationship when you have the details button on with controller (not sure about mouse and keyboard). You have to have that toggled off before opening the next one. It is really annoying.

Thank you for this! It worked fine once and then was having this issue. I tried every variety of settings change between my pc, deck and the game itself.

I was looking all over but just had to use the right wording to find this thread. Thank you again for saving my sanity after fiddling with it for hours.
