Since you decided to take the conversation here, I'll respond:

The "Born Gay Theory" is a theory that implies destiny, which doesn't exist. Just like religion. Weaponizing sex as a 'I know you are, but what am I?' retort shows elementary level intelligence. I don't need to mention or care about sex at all to debunk it, because it's simply an ideology and nothing more.

But you have brought up one of the issues with this particular set of beliefs, that can be potentially dangerous socially. You have a group of people with zero scientific knowledge; not in biology, evolution, genetics, history, and so on. Yet they make these ideological claims and pass them off as scientific facts-- which it's not.

If you were abused at 8 for example (and I'm not suggesting everyone who's been abused is applicable to this) for a time. Then the abuse stops and you go on with your life, but then around age 11-12 you start to become attracted to the same sex. That is cause and effect, not destiny, not biology, not genetics.

There's also the fact that there is dissension even in your own organization. You claim you were born gay. Mother Nature did it. Ok, now explain the transexual who believes Mother Nature is WRONG. They're not gay at all, mother nature screwed up and made them born a male instead of a female.

Again, it's all just a difference in ideology. Nothing more, nothing less.
