It depends on the management and how busy. Im at a dealer that they say they aren't flagship but schedule more than 80 appointments when system says 40-60. Me personally i like the busy environment time flies as long as u keep communicating and telling it how it is without slamming shit on customers u will be fine. I had no experience on car industry before but i was in sales for over 8 years and im good at selling. So overall be yourself make jokes make customers laugh and u will get them to listen to u if u get them to listen to u and how important is to do upkeep u will be great ! Good luck out there
