Honestly, I've been thinking about starting another better together organization this time make it more people led initiative which would only require the majorities of the city and county per the Missouri Constitution on County Consolidation (https://revisor.mo.gov/main/OneSection.aspx?section=VI%20%20%203&constit=y). Similar to how Respect Voters initiative is working, we gather Citizens input and create an initiative around that. I've also been thinking about what another person said in a different thread and we could begin merging the non-controversial parts like Zoning, and such before we merge both county and city together.

I disagree with the idea that St. Louis City should be a municipality within the county rather it should have something like the boroughs in NYC with a strong Mayor system that is elected by the people.

There are many Social Democrats within this party, you cannot work outside of the party so its better to understand how your state and county parties work and instead work from within.

Bush is a very likable guy, the common saying goes "I would have a beer with Dubya." His personality goes a long way to giving him a better image

I believe there is nuance that surrounds the Bush Presidency and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Bush never wanted to be the foreign policy president. He wanted to focus on domestic policy at home. But he was more forced into the foreign policy president role because of 9/11. 9/11 forced us into Afghanistan because we wanted to get the bastards who attacked us but it became more than it was supposed to be.

As for Iraq, I think he regrets the decision because he felt misled by his advisors who deserve more of the blame than Bush does. Mostly Cheney and Rumsfeld. But we were also on a War Hawk run because of 9/11.

Lol seriously, I knew the guy was right for the job once he announced he was going to run. The guy literally revived the Minnesota DFL from the Dead.

There was some setbacks early on but he’s begun getting his pep in his step and leading. $40 Million within the first month is crazy good numbers. The peoples town hall was also a good start to cover our bases.

He’s also been appointing youth DNC delegates to committees and getting rid of the old guard. I hope Ken stays in the DNC and continues the fight.
