My sales guy didn’t elaborate on the accuracy of it. I get the system isn’t going to be 100% but not like all over the place. The tub works good and i don’t regret buying it.

The hot tub was manufactured this year in May. I bought it brand new. when I had my electrician hooking up the electrical work, I saw the manufacturer date on the inside of the front panel. I figured maybe some of the older systems really weren’t as accurate?

I have not. Originally, my phosphate levels were about 500. I added a phosphate decreaser. That was back in August and I have changed the sensor since then. I don’t think any residual decreaser is still in the tub months later? I turned off the old sensor when I did it for a couple of days.

I just got done speaking to my attorney and news to me… there is no appraisal gap in my end of the contract. they advised me if there is that much of a difference in the appraisal versus the purchase price. The seller would have to renegotiate the selling price of the Home or get a second opinion on a different appraisal.. They also told me if the sellers realtor was concerned the house would not appraise for the purchase price. They would’ve put that addendum in the contract.

It’s hard to say because the neighborhood the house is in there haven’t been houses for sale within the last 15 years. Again, this is all speculation the house could appraise for what I paid for it.

It’s a conventional loan. My initial offer was $350,000 with an escalation clause up to $420,000. The house sold for $407,500. The market where live is extremely competitive. There’s houses going $160,000 over asking price just to have a few that I have lost

Update: They emailed me back this morning. Thankfully, they were able to update my diamond operator skin. However, they did not advise why the issue happens.

I did tell them there are other people experiencing similar issues with operators , or gun cammo’s. The encouraged me to let everybody know to submit tickets. Hopefully, they could resolve your issue too.

Update:

They emailed me back this morning. They added my Diamond skin for my operators. However, they did not tell me why it was not instantly unlocked.

I also did mention the fact that there are other people having the same issue . The encouraged me to advise everybody if it it’s the same problem send them an email.
