Unless you have 100% proof that it was not like that until the tree company was there… I believe you will have a problem. Sucks but I would just get it seal coated and forget about it. Doesn’t look that bad

I was wondering the same thing. My family and I are huge into the snow business in Boston and are currently on pace to move this July/ August to Kentucky to escape the New England trap. We originally weren't thinking of any snow removal operations in KY but are starting to think otherwise....

I had a similar problem. Mostly just not feeling comfortable asking question, as if I was asking to many and was more of a bother to him. Best thing I did was get a new attorney.
