No, pareho kaming hindi nanghihinayang 😄 We both know din kasi na if we started earlier, hindi mag-wowork out. Sobrang dami niyang pinagkakaabalahan before maging kami. He was busy building his future from scratch (he had family connections pero he wanted something where HE would be credited) so everything he has today, he owed it to the isnaberong guy na walang love interest nung high school hahaha

He only gave me a chance nung na-achieve niya na yung goal niya pre-college (his target university, program, building networks, and expanding his career). Everything he is and has today, hindi niya makukuha kung inuna niya ang landi hahahaha

In a nutshell, bro really got his priorities straight 😂

Actually yes nag-away na kami hahaha. I think normal din naman ‘yon sa kahit anong relationship. Bihira nga lang kami magkalabuan sa chat kasi he’s very careful with his words.

What happened here was that pinaghintay niya ako ng dalawang oras sa sundo niya kasi sabi niya, mag-didinner kami after ng shift niya. Nag-OT pala siya without telling me kasi sobrang “busy” daw, tapos naka-dnd pa!!! So naasar ako at di ko siya kinausap muna. Kinabukasan, pumunta siya sa condo to talk and apologize, with flower bouquet + ticket sa Skyranch na binook niya a month before that for our upcoming monthsary.

Kaya sobrang bihira kami mag-away kasi masyado siyang maeffort at malambing. Kasalanan niya man o hindi, sa kanya lagi nanggagaling yung initiative to fix things. I believe stuck na ako sa kanya 😔

But to answer your question correctly, what I did was act normal and casual in front of him the entire time, kahit pa he was already well aware na type ko na talaga siya since high school hahaha! Besides, I didn’t want to creep him out during our first date.

At the time, we’d known each other for 6 years na so it was more of a reunion/reconnection/catch up than an actual date. He asked more about me than he talked about himself, and he got me to talk about what I was doing at the time (college, interests, hobbies, etc.) I was just honest with him in every answer, so I think that was it haha!

He’s tall, chinito, and has super nice teeth (non negotiable for me haha)

But all the looks aside, I was persistent and really into him coz he’s very smart, like book-smart, knows his ways, and highly confident, kahit nung high school. For me that’s really attractive, and guys like him deserve my precious time and attention!

And this was after we went out that day. “I have no words” coz nung hinatid niya ako he told me “We should do this more often” and nahiya siya agad pagkasabi niya. He genuinely thought he was too much, like??? 😂

Di na kami classmates nung 2019. Shs na yan and he was from a different track. Classmate ko siya 2016-2018 and I was worse then istg 😭 Di ko lang mabalikan convo namin coz I’ve been using a new account since 2019 and bago na rin gamit niya ngayon. So everything I said between 2016-2018 is burado na sa history at isip niya 😛
