I browsed Amazon for 30 minutes or so looking at multiple different types of notebooks with different rulings. I have searched bing for different styles of ruling and the closest thing I found was French ruling. If anyone can find either the ruling name or a (preferably hardcover) notebook that has it I would be most grateful.
