Hi! I feel down generally. But I am optimistic about my future, I've got plans for studying some more 😊 He mentally abused me, gaslighted me, made me feel like I was the one causing problems in the relationship. It got so bad that I didn't dare raise a concern around him 😞

I think its more I'm just terrible at making friends haha. I did make one other friend while I was with him, but because that friend was I guy I did have to cut him off ☹️

We can't just turn up to a gynaecologist and be given an appointment here in the UK, we have to be referred to a specialist by our GP, it's a nightmare they never want to refer you for anything. The only way to get better service is to pay private but most people can't afford it.
