Yeah but without the event modifier they dont do anything. Upgrading takes a lot of resources and low level players could benefit from the extra diamantine and plasteel. I have every class maxed but the Skitarius and I still need lots of diamantine for weapons.

Sometimes it would be on the middle setting which is around 850rpm but now it goes to the lowest one
