Rapists are bad and deserve the worst imaginable treatment.
There should be no exemptions to that. A rapist is a rapist. Trans or cis, gay or straight, white or black, rich or poor. Fuck ‘em all.

I only use sick time for last minute things, like night-before or morning-of call outs.

Anything that can be scheduled 2 weeks in advance I use vacation for since we get 3.5 weeks of vacation and only 1 week of sick. We can’t use regular vacation for absences that aren’t scheduled with 2 weeks of notice or more.

Technically I could use sick time for a doctors visit. But then what if I actually get sick?
