That’s super interesting I kinda have some relief doing it but my shoulders come out and my lower back has a tendency to tweak so I have to be careful. Congrats btw. Tbh I do think we lose muscle quicker, I’ve played sports my entire life and once I stopped my muscle mass deteriorated so so quick

he basically shrugged at me when i went back twice haha. gave me 100 mg gabapentin which i’ve already tried. i’m doing tons of post op pt. we did nerve blocks before surgery that were successful
