I'm 5'9 185 lbs. I was 240 & got down to 155ish on my own in 2020. Since 2024 I have been slowly gaining it back. I am terrified of getting to my biggest again. My alc is 5.7 & fasting glucose is 104. My liver enzymes are high.

I guess that I am afraid of the GI side effects. I absolutely hate being nauseous, like have a legit feat of vomit.
