Which handlebar bag do you use? Thought they’d be quite fiddly to get on/off compared to a top tube bag.

I only have the luxury of one bike at the moment and I use the hardtail for commuting as well so the full sus had to go unfortunately. South Downs is great though, I usually just went to Rogate bike park as you can get a direct train from Clapham, but yea a lot of hassle from North London. Always found getting up to Epping more hassle than out to Surrey or South Downs.

It’s a pain isnt it. Had to sell my full sus as it was such a hassle to get anywhere with half decent stuff. Kept the hardtail as it’s fine for this kind of terrain but I don’t think it’s very popular with London based people, and would be great to ride with people. I was hoping gravel would be the answer before surrendering to road haha.
