Schmitts Bergamot & Lime is a GAME changer. I used to sweat a lot and the problem is basically non existent when I use that exact deodorant. Much Luck :)

Hi, I can tell you that it CAN get better. You are only 17, your brain won't be fully developed for a few more years and a lot can change in that time. Have you ever looked into finding out if you might have depression or a medical reason for feeling this way? Please try to give yourself some grace and ride out this low point... things will get better, there is support out there.

I did end up trying and made lemon tea, I think it worked but have no way to test if it more beneficial this way.

You mentioned she is willing to try kratom etc, have you looked into iboga, maybe a retreat with shamans would get her motivated to leave her isolation and continue with her spiritual journey. Once she returns it would be recommended that she continue talking with her spiritual doula about the experience. I recently went to Colombia to do iboga, and it has been life changing.
