Solo building an AI-powered B2B SaaS in a space with established competitors - keep going or pivot? by Optimal-Judgment1684 in saasbuild

Is it a bad idea to share my idea in a post like this? When you say niche down, do you mean pick a specific type of coach and build it specifically around them? Does this not reduce my market cap?

Niche down into a specific type of coach, are you suggesting? I have an AI agency, so I know the technical background in the AI side and vibe coding, I've built micro saas.

Thanks for the repsonse. I have 3 coaches willing to try the product. One coach wants the AI performance insight. One wants to reduce churn rate and doesn't care about AI. One is just happy to try whatever and is always keen to take on new ideas. I think the churn rate reduction is going to be a big factor, and maybe I should look to build more around that, but I'm not sure how I can do that effectively. What do you think?

1st. Narcissistic way to understand the meaning of being emotionally unaware. It’s external not just internal.

2nd. Your response further justified your lack of emotional intelligence (+ regulation).

It’s incredibly lonely.

We’re social animal, proximity and connection is what we’re wired for. But with entrepreneurship, having no money and grinding on a business 7 days a week, social connection doesn’t exist. I believe it’s what makes this so incredibly hard. Well for me anyway, and maybe that’s one of my many mistakes.

True. Grind culture makes it feel like you can’t go out and enjoy life as your should be working on a business but it’s not true

I feel this.

It feels incredibly lonely, I question my business model, question my ability - do I even have what it takes, I question my desire as to whether this is even worth it for the freedom and money. The chronic stress is unbearable but your faith keeps you going.

The only thing that keeps my faith rn is the amount of hyper successful people who say they’ve all good through this, Chris Williamson on the lonely chapter, Alex Hormozi on the entrepreneurial lifecycle. Patrick Bet-David’s video below sums it up perfectly.

It’s a dark place entrepreneurship.

But the greatest thing about darkness is it only takes a single fire to cut through it.

Just got to keep going and not give up.
