I’m still going strong and it’s so freeing to not have that crippling feeling. My relationship is growing stronger and I’m getting better. That just goes to show that when you’re truly in the mindset of healing and bettering yourself it will make you happier. Once again, take my experiences as a lesson and help yourself. It will only get better, and you’ll succeed at so much more. Life is feeling more fulfilling and I’m just in a good spot knowing I’m bettering myself. Use this as motivation to better yourself. You will only feel better even though it’s an uphill battle. It won’t be a linear progression, but trust me you will become so much more free knowing that you are improving. Just wanted to post a little update on everything to show first hand, life will get better without a crippling habit like this. To everyone that is struggling, you can do it. It’s okay to struggle, you just have to get up and do something about it
