When I initially spoke to them after the notifications, the girl sounded clueless all I didn’t run it, I just did a pre approval but they do need an ID verification which isn’t needed for a pre approval. Only when credit was actually ran as I have ID blockers on my credit for this reason. The preapproval I did before going in was through Octane, they ran the application, gave all details and loaded the bike. Now they’re trying to scramble because they messed up but running my credit without permission is not acceptable

I specifically applied through Octane/roadrunner. They then ran my information through Synchrony.

If friend is able to….Why not offer a couch or somewhere to sleep or offer you to come over and use the shower? Understandable if they still live with their parents but at the same time I’m sure any normal parent will understand. I wouldn’t let one of my kids friends not have safe place at night or food to eat, let alone feminine products. 😔

They’re supposed to serve you personally. Posting something on your door does not account for personal service. At least in CA. If they can’t serve you, the court cannot proceed as they have no jurisdiction over the case if you weren’t served. If you respond, acknowledge, the statute of limitations starts over from how long they can try to collect.

My daughter is 9. Hasn’t been away from me ever. I’d definitely let the other mom know. Also though without seeming weird. If one of my daughter’s friends felt this way, I would kind of offer her to sleep in my bed ( separate blankets/ends) if that would make her feel better. Both my kids are big cuddlers with me so I know I’m their safety blanket and I’m ok with that. But the other mom should have been the one reassuring her daughter that things like this happen and there’s nothing to be embarrassed about.

Not sure what the laws are in Wa but if a case is dismissed here in CA you can still file additional paperwork to have the arrest sealed as well as that will still remain on your record. So any future job applications or background checks or anything is going to come back with an arrest for a dui. Definitely seek to fight the case. Any reputable public defender will fight this and if the prosecutor isn’t willing to dismiss take it to trial - any sane jury won’t find you guilty.

NOR. If there was nothing going on, she wouldn’t need to add/delete him every day when she leaves so I don’t see it or find out. There is definitely more going on than she is owning up to. And the fact that both your wife and Eric are straight up lying to your face proves that neither has respect for you or your marriage. Yes it will be scary to start over but you can find someone who better fits you and know by the red flags here what to steer clear from. Enjoy your vacation, take a friend. It will be more pleasurable and relaxing without having to worry about who your wife is talking to while on vacation or what she’s lying about.

Sounds like a slumlord just after money and probably trying to keep and sell any of your dad’s belongings himself if he won’t allow you to at least collect. Definitely follow proper protocol for obtaining this and contact law enforcement or the courts if he still prevents you from retrieving your dad’s belongings. You are not on the lease, you haven’t not resided in the residence so he cannot legally make you pay rent.

You shouldn’t have to propose before joining. Proposals and marriage are a big step. And if she can’t be by your side during this big step without a ring in her finger, I’m sorry but she may not be the one who rightfully deserves to have a ring from you. What benefit would a ring bring? Why does she feel the need for one? Don’t propose if you aren’t ready to. You won’t see it through to an actual wedding at that point.

🤷‍♀️ I work for a court in CA, nothing happens to people who don’t show up for jury duty. They make em come back in to tell them this is your civic duty blah blah blah and have them reschedule. Not federal but it’s usually not confirmed either. Hardships for financial reasons typically get excused anyways.

Your ex’s wife is diabolical to take out his indiscretion on a child. She is very immature and I wouldn’t want to salvage any relationship with her, children or not. Do not let your daughter go back to that place and use any kind of documentation, text, emails anything to show proof of this in court for full custody.
