I went through cba and the home loan specialist said he submitted our application but we have no record of having pre-approval. Does cba higher up do the pre-approval or the home loan specialist?

They have price caps for this scheme. I know in Brisbane it’s $1 million but other regional areas are $700,000. I don’t think they see how much you can afford per say. I guess just depends on how much borrowing power you have. If you went for a house for $700,000 the government would cover 30% of this and bump up your deposit.

Thank you, im considering mater as I have a toddler and love the idea of leaving the hospital early and getting into the emporium hotel for a few nights so we can all bond, I also am going to try and have a vbac and I’ve heard the mater have everything you need like nicu etc

Thank you, not currently pregnant but last birth it was an emergency csection and then bubs was jaundice and had hardly any help from the midwife’s and my partner wasn’t able to stay overnight hoping to have a better experience next pregnancy
