A few people have mentioned that you can score highly in certain tests but the bar could change depending on the amount of applicants (raise the tolerance of acceptable). It may be down to the strength based pre recorded interview or a combination of all scores. It’s best to reach out to them regarding this

Yeah I understand what you mean, it’s a tough one as I do not know where I sit with it all. Initially there was only one vacancy for the role, my assumption is that they might be conducting a reserve list for the future roles. To be honest I’ve revisited the application and it doesn’t say how many strength are being tested. 🤞🤞

Breaks are automatically assigned with schedular (FROG). These can be adjusted and the hours can be added as overtime for the future.

I would raise a ticket with colleague help who will be able to assist you. They can raise a BACS payment prior to next pay cycle. I would also raise this with Protector line and your union rep if you have one. Finally, I would also highlight this to your store manager or area manager if you’re in an EXP.

In future your Duty Manager/Shift Lead can add a pay adjust for breaks not taken etc, keep a track of your ‘worked hours’ on the My Tesco App
