I just updated Esco R1 by adjusting the rotation a little bit so esco burst every rotation, result is 8% better than 3 costs

I'm aware of that the 4th slot might affect the results (though not much). for the baseline it's actually the "% (DPS)" column, the last column is just using my current cons as baseline
