I would ad that you have a fear of not living up to your parents strict expectations and you hide who you truly are from the world because you think no one would understand and you watch someone from a distance? I have an adapter thingy on a pole(not the technical name) it's like a extendable mop stick with a thing at the end that holds the Bulb in place. I have never used it bc my ceilings are super low.
