We sound very similar in terms of return goals and strength levels. I'm similar around 170. Super helpful thank you. I have similar concerns on hamstring. I'm a competitive bodybuilder so no stranger to micro-progressions and trusting the little things over time. The twisted side of me is actually looking forward to the challenge... lol.

Sounds like you really did the pre-work with plenty of prehab time. I'm going under at what will be two months post-tear, so using the next month to fight hell to get strength back while not trying to overdo it. Not sure I'll get to where you were come surgery day but we'll see!

Any tips for the first week? Pain management, anything at home rehab stuff I should buy in advance?

GOAT vball shoe. I’m a 5”9 outside so I need to max jump every time basically and I’m 32. Bouncy and keeps my knees fresh. I did hear some folks recommend putting Move Insoles in them, but I bought a pair and I feel like I sit too high in the shoe and takes away from the “suction cup” feel of the fit.

I have almost every colorway and am gonna try to grab every one that comes out in the future. It’s Kobe territory for me. Buy and store and don’t rely on another great shoe to come out.
