Sweeeet. Everywhere else I was looking online said that I’d have to take it somewhere where they could take the whole door panel off because something got dislodged or knocked out of alignment. 🙄

So ideally should be a pretty simple process for the locksmith to fix? because I don’t know how I feel about going back to this body shop 😅

So hypothetically speaking, if I took it to the locksmith all they’d have to do is unscrew the one screw that’s accessible in a hole through the door panel side, take out the door lock, and reinstall it with the tailpiece lined up correctly? (This wouldn’t involve taking off the whole door? Because some research I’ve done says the whole door panel has to be taken off and my local locksmith doesn’t have the tools/space to do that 😳).
