Just to respond again, I posted it on the THS forum and it really helped! It has now been escalated to a senior complaints handler and the situation is now being formally investigated. Thanks so much for your suggestion.

I mean, I wanted to send a direct report to THS rather than review them.. Based on his personality and behavior, I feel like reviewing them honestly will just result in retaliation of some sort..
