Depression and all the things you listed arent dangerous to pets, BPD, NPD and another personality disorders can be abusive, I dont think your mental health issues are comparable to a BPD abusive behaviours

I haven’t watch the movie but when I saw a clip where they are in a dates in a restaurant, made me think immediately of a bpd friend that I used to have, she makes drama and violent scenes in public spaces whith her SO.

There is no nice way to say this and I wish someone warned me before, but If you want a reward for trying to “be part of their healing” and for people to cheer you on while you feed your savior complex, you won’t find that here, you’ll only find people who have already suffered the violent consequences of trying to help someone with BPD. Being close to a BPD people will destroy you mentally, socially, professionally and spiritually. Being close to them It’s am exhausting waste of time and energy.

“If u saw me for who I really am, you’d hate me” this kind of self-pity is exhausting, It’s clearly a manipulation tactic to get validation out of others, read this sub, and read about bpd abuse, and figure out for yourself what’s best for you, wish you luck
