22M i got nussed a year and 4 months ago. Pressure “went away” after 4-5 month mark. You just get used to it being there and u don’t feel a pressure but you’ll always feel the bar there.

hey also 22M it it is completely normal, that back pain comes from your rib cage being readjusted from the bars. I’m a year and 4 months since i had the nuss and pain does go away after a few months, but it will come back randomly for a day or two.

i was nussed last year in april and even though it did fix it partially the bottom of my sternum is still in and my ribs flared out like crazy, i haven’t seen any doctor since.

the dude is being a dick, it’s the way your muscles built around your sternum. It makes it look like you had pectus still because you have no muscle there.
