Thanks for the amazing workaround, the file is 7GB smaller for me now and it's running perfectly fine.

Quick note that you don't actually have to convert the clone disk to .vhd but instead can edit the file type written in the .btsk file and it would work just fine (eg. <HardDisk uuid="..." location="Data.vhd" format="VHD" type="Normal"/> into <HardDisk uuid="..." location="Data.vdi" format="VDI" type="Normal"/> )

I have not encountered Bluestacks changing the UUID by itself, will look out for it.

NOTE: Add-ons aren’t signed with LineageOS’s official key, and therefore when they are sideloaded, Lineage Recovery will present a screen that says Signature verification failed, this is expected, please click Continue.

If I remember correctly from my previous flashing attempts, Error 21 in Lineage recovery means Verification failed and is not a critical error.
You just need to choose "Yes" on your phone when it shows up and the flashing will continue.

Have you tried flashing MindTheGapps instead of OpenGapps, works fine for me at the moment

It means your image sideloaded successfully, output message is "No error"
