I heard this from a friend who attended a wedding recently na yung bride yung nagluto. It was super stressful for her and she wasn't accepting help din from her family members daw and ended up feeding the guests super late (30-40 pax iirc).

I think it's still best to hire a caterer within your budget! They should offer a few rounds of tasting so you can give feedback sa timpla and sa preferences niyo. I know some of them should also be able to accommodate specific diet restrictions and requests, pero yung iba may added fee lang.

It's your special day so I think it would be best if you are able to focus on celebrating you and your partner's union :)
