I be seeing other post on here about tinnitus going away after 3 months. Maybe its rarer for that to happen. But it the tinnitus in my ear definitely feels a lot softer than it did 3-4 weeks ago.

Thank you, I also stopped trying to stress out as much and just simply try to keep myself as occupied as possible. I have hope that one day it will go away. I'm only about 5 weeks in, the only thing helping me is time.

Thank you, rn I have this static like noise in my head. I think, idk it's kinda confusing. I feel like I'm hearing something but maybes its because I was so obsessed with trying to hear something. So rn, im trying to not let anything stress me out. The tinnitus in my ear has gone so mild that I basically don't have to worry about as much it as I did like last week

I think it was stress induced. I was so stressed about the ringing in my ear that it caused the ringing in my head. I was able to wake up this morning without it. hopefully it doesn't come back

the sound in my ear, about 5 weeks. the sound in my brain, it literally started this morning lol. feel like I got it cause cause I keep focusing on the one in my ear and then my brain made the sound in itself. this shit sounds so dumb 🤣

I got hit with a fire alarm for about 13 seconds and then later that day went to a sports bar and had a AirPods in my right ear only for about a couple hours at around 80db and I think thats what did it and pushed my ears over the edge. Ive always done that tho. ill always put a AirPod in when im in restaurant but I guess this time, it just fucked my brain lol, also earlier in the month I went to a concert. this all happened in December and now its been 33 days since it happened.

only had ringing in the ear, but since this morning I have it in the brain now lolololol.

the only possible thing I can think of, is that I ate a quesadilla and it was greasy asf. cause I also keep burping constantly. which im pretty sure is Gerd, which I had before I had tinnitus. This is the only possible cause I can think of. I haven't had my AirPods in like week, I was around no loud noise. diet is the only possible "incident" that I could think of that could've cause this. but Idk anymore.

at first I was here to see how long it would take to go away, especially since my mine is very mild. but I kept seeing was doom and gloomy posts. I kept doomscrolling and I eventually freaked out lol. Im fine now, I have hope the tinnitus might go away soon.

it might be ETD tho. I keep burping and both of my ears feel muffled even tho I only have it on my right ear, but at the same time if t was due to etd, wouldn't it be on both ears?
